Was called to the ministry in 1992, under the leadership of Pastor Aaron K. Walker, of Mt. Moriah. He began his ministry as an evangelist and a praiser, sharing the gospel in many cities throughout Illinois. A dynamically-gifted Preacher, Teacher, Counselor, and Revivalist, he has a tremendous passion for God's Word coupled with a love for God's people.

He soon left Mt. Moriah and began a more in-depth training under Supt. Van Wells of Picken Memorial Temple C.O.G.I.C.  Ordained as a Minister in 1994. Served as Evangelist president of the U.E. Miller District. Has overseen many revivals and people have been set free through the word of God.   Licensed as an Elder in the First Jurisdiction of Illinois C.O.G.I.C. , under Bishop O.C. Booker in 1996.  Having received his mandate from God, he obediently fulfills his calling as Senior Pastor of Christ In Charge Ministries. His vision is uncompromisingly clear, with one central principle--to build and develop a kingdom of empowered people who allow God to be in charge.

In 2007, was appointed Director of Evangelism and in 2008 appointed District Overseer of Empowerment Covenant of Churches, Apostle Robbie C. Peter, Presiding Prelate.
